Holly Garcia and Jessica Crichton of Panduit Spotlighted on the 2025 Women of the Channel List

Tinley Park, IL, June 17, 2025 — Panduit, Infrastructure for a Connected World, proudly announced last month that CRN^®, a brand of The Channel Company, has Holly Garcia, Vice President, Data Center, and Jessica Crichton, Manager, Channel Marketing on the prestigious Women of the Channel list for 2025.

This annual CRN list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers and other channel-focused organizations who make a positive difference in the IT ecosystem. The CRN 2025 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to advancing channel excellence and supporting the success of their partners and customers.

Holly Garcia: Driving Innovation in Data Center Solutions

As Vice President, Data Center, Garcia leads the profitable growth of Panduit's Data Center business globally and oversees its Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, and Alliances organizations. With 28 years of experience in the information technology industry, Garcia has been instrumental in expanding Panduit's IT Channel presence and strategy.

In 2024, Garcia championed Panduit's participation in The Channel Company's Women of the Channel East event as a gold sponsor—the first time Panduit has participated in an event of this size and scope. She led nine Panduit women to the New York event, expanding their understanding of the channel ecosystem and building valuable partner relationships.

Under Garcia's leadership, Panduit expanded its IT Channel Sales team by adding two key veteran sales leaders and executed a VAR-led services strategy that has expanded to LATAM and EMEA regions.

Jessica Crichton: Empowering Channel Partners Through Marketing Excellence

As Manager, Channel Marketing, Crichton leads a team of three professionals who oversee channel marketing for IT Distributors, System Integrators, Electrical, Network, Electronic, Industrial, and Ecommerce distributors across North America. With 15 years of channel experience, she has been instrumental in developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive revenue growth for Panduit.

In the past year, Crichton implemented a self-serve portal that enables channel partners to plan and execute marketing initiatives efficiently. The portal provides partners with visibility to essential program information.

Additionally, Crichton has led her team to execute co-branded channel marketing tactics, including lead generation and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns that expand awareness of both Panduit and channel partners while driving online sales revenue.
